Design Your Enrollment Season.
Introducing the EDS PD Partnership Track— a season-long enrollment partnership for charter school leaders who are ready to design their way to fully enrolled schools.
Most enrollment teams work hard. The problem isn't effort.
The problem is that the work isn't connected. Activities happen without strategy. Data gets collected without systems. The season starts over from scratch every July, and the team scrambles to catch up before it's already behind.
The EDS PD Partnership was built to change that.
Over four months, August through November, EDS works alongside your enrollment team to build the frameworks, systems, and habits that drive results. Not just for this season but for every season that follows.
This summer, we're inviting a small founding cohort of charter schools to go through the program first.
What This Is
A season-long enrollment partnership. Not a course. Not a workshop series.
The EDS PD Partnership combines structured professional development with direct implementation support, so your team doesn't just learn the frameworks, they build them into the way they work.
Five live sessions, built around the enrollment calendar
From recruitment strategy in August to Intent-to-Return in November — each session includes a 90-minute facilitated session, a downloadable planning tool, and recording access for async review.
Three implementation sessions with Yoni
Working through your specific data, your specific context, and your specific season. These aren't office hours — they're working sessions.
Post-session office hours after every live session
Bring your questions, work through real challenges, and get real-time guidance from someone who has done this work inside charter networks at scale.
Up to five team members
Bring your enrollment director, recruitment lead, operations staff, or a school leader. The more of your team that goes through this together, the more the alignment shows up in the work.
Why Founding Cohort
A small founding group. By design.
We're launching this program for the first time this summer — five to six schools, real implementation support, and a chance to shape how this program develops.
We're building our founding cohort this summer. Conversations are open through July 31.
Who This Is For
This partnership was built for you if…
You're leading enrollment and you're tired of feeling like you're reacting to the season instead of running it.
You're managing a team and you want shared language, shared systems, and a shared plan — not just individual professional development.
You're an experienced operator taking on enrollment responsibility for the first time and you want to build it right from the start.
You want more than great PD. You want someone working alongside you.
Who This Is Not For
This program requires real commitment — from your team and from us.
Your team doesn't have bandwidth to engage between sessions.
You're looking for a one-time training or a passive learning experience.
You're not ready to look honestly at your enrollment data and systems.
Your EDS Guides
Yoni Samuel-Siegel, EDS Founder & Principal
Yoni Samuel-Siegel founded Enrollment Design Studio on more than a decade of experience leading enrollment strategy and operations inside charter school networks. Yoni has led an enrollment turnaround in one of the nation's most competitive markets — turning a multi-million-dollar deficit into four straight years of growth — and launched new schools and built enrollment systems from the ground up. EDS brings executive-level strategic perspective together with the practical experience of an operator who has actually lived the work.
Nick Fiori, Senior Director, Enrollment Growth Initiatives, Prospect Schools
Nicholas Fiori is Senior Director of Enrollment Growth Initiatives at Prospect Schools in Brooklyn, NY. Drawing on a doctorate from the New School for Social Research in political science, Nick applies frameworks from demographic analysis to the work of school enrollment, translating research methods into outreach strategy, family engagement, and data systems. He leads the Student Recruitment and Enrollment team across nine schools and is currently directing the launch campaign for Brooklyn Prospect High School’s new Downtown Brooklyn campus.
Let's find out if this is the right fit — for both of us.
This isn't a hard sell. It's a conversation. If the EDS Founding Cohort sounds like what your team needs, let's talk. Conversations are open through July 31.

Session Overviews
One Season. Five Sessions. A Completely Different Approach to Enrollment.
August 2026 — Building Your Arc of the Year
Most enrollment seasons don't fail in January. That’s just when the results start to show.
Effective enrollment starts before the first family walks through the door. This session gives you a framework for mapping your full enrollment season — the key activities, how they connect, and a calendar that actually holds up when things get busy. Walk away with a draft arc you can start using immediately.
September 2026 — Recruitment as Sales: Understanding the Funnel and Stages of Engagement
Families don't enroll because you told them about your school. They enroll because you met them where they were.
This session puts your recruitment work into a funnel framework — clarifying what families are thinking at each stage of engagement and what your team should be doing about it. If you've ever wondered why leads go cold or why tour-to-application conversion is lower than it should be, this is the session that answers it.
November 2026 — Intent-to-Return: The Opportunity Most Teams Miss
ITR is not an enrollment strategy — and if you're treating it like one, it's already costing you.
Most enrollment teams run ITR as a data collection exercise. But done right, it's one of the most powerful retention and relationship tools in your arsenal. This session reframes ITR from administrative task to strategic opportunity — and gives you a concrete, actionable approach to running it in a way that actually moves the needle.
September 2026 — Building a Recruitment Strategy
A busy recruitment calendar isn't the same thing as a recruitment strategy.
Most enrollment leaders know the things they should be doing. The harder question is whether it's all adding up to something. This session moves you from a list of tactics to a real strategy — one with a strong launch, a plan for the slow months, and a clear line between your activities and your goals.
October 2026 — Data & Tracking: Knowing Your Numbers All Season Long
Tracking a lot of data isn’t the same as knowing what the data is telling you. More data doesn’t make better decisions. The right data does.
The problem for most enrollment teams isn’t being under-informed, it’s being overwhelmed. We’ll identify the metric that matter most at each stage of the cycle, and talk tracking systems that will provide real, valuable insights.
